News: Woman charged for fatal crash on IA 330 near Albion

MARSHALL COUNTY, IA - A woman is charged in connection to a fatal minivan vs. tractor collision that happened on IA 330 on May 20, according to KCCI.

An 86-year-old man operating a tractor was turning from a private driveway onto IA 330 when a 23-year-old woman driving a minivan rear-ended him.

The collision caused the tractor to crash into a ditch. The 86-year-old man was thrown from the tractor and died at the scene. Two other people were hurt in the collision.

Troopers charged the 23-year-old woman on Tuesday with vehicular homicide, failure to stop in an assured and clear distance, use of an electronic communication device, and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
