A 28-year-old person was driving south on Covington Rd when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a ditch.
Rescue crews transported the driver to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities charged the driver with Use of an Electronic Communication Device While Driving and Failure to Maintain Control.
