MUSCATINE, IA - First responders were called to the scene of a fire at Addington Place of Muscatine Monday, according to KWQC.
Firefighters responded to the fire around 6:30 p.m. The fire was contained in a resident's room. The sprinkler system turned on when the firefighters entered the room and put out the blaze.
Nobody was hurt in the incident.
