MITCHELLVILLE, IA - According to KCCI, two firefighters were hospitalized for heat exhaustion after battling a house fire on the 500 block of 6th St NE Sunday.
The fire started in the back of the house. Five pets died in the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
