BURLINGTON, IA - Firefighters responded to a house fire at 14075 90th Ave Sunday, according to KWQC.
The fire started around 8:30 a.m. Crews had the fire extinguished and the scene cleared by 12:15 p.m.
The owner, who was asleep in the house at the time of the fire, was awoken by an off-duty officer and a neighbor and exited the premises without injury.
Officials have classified the fire as accidental.
