WINNESHIEK COUNTY, IA - According to KCRG, two people died following a two-vehicle collision at County Rd B16 and 265th Ave Saturday.
A 42-year-old male was driving a Toyota Highlander when he ran a stop sign and hit a Chevrolet Malibu around 11 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the 42-year-old Highlander driver and a 54-year-old female passenger dead at the scene. They transported three others to an area hospital.
Nobody in either vehicle was wearing a seatbelt.
