DURANGO, IA - According to KCRG, a fire destroyed a home on the 16500 block of Carmen Oaks Dr Monday.
Firefighters were dispatched to the scene around 11:07 a.m. The fire had fully engulfed the garage and was spreading to the home.
The house's inhabitants had safely exited the property before firefighters arrived.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
