GREENE COUNTY, IA - Troopers are investigating a fatal four-vehicle collision that happened at US 30 and Forest Ave on Monday, according to We Are Iowa.
A driver slammed into the rear of a vehicle stopped for road construction. This caused a chain reaction, causing each vehicle to collide with the car in front of it.
Rescue crews transported two people to an area hospital.
An 84-year-old woman died in the incident.
