CARROLL COUNTY, IA - According to WHO 13, a person died following a two-vehicle crash at 230th St and Olympic Ave Tuesday.
The driver of a Chevy Express van was heading north on Olympic Ave when they saw the 62-year-old male driving a John Deere Gator run a stop sign. The van driver attempted to swerve from the UTV, but struck it on the passenger side.
The collision sent the Gator rolling into a ditch.
Rescue crews transported the Gator driver to an area hospital, where he died.
It is unclear if the van driver was hurt in the incident.
