ALTOONA, IA - According to KCCI, the pedestrian struck by a vehicle at I-80 and US 65 Sunday has died from his injuries.
The driver was heading west on I-80 when he hit the 36-year-old male victim, who was wearing dark clothes and standing in the center lane.
Rescue crews pronounced the man dead at the scene of the accident.
