LINN COUNTY, IA - One person was hurt in an ATV accident on Sutton Rd just north of the Wapsipinicon River Sunday, according to the Linn County Sheriff's Office.

An 18-year-old male was operating:g the ATV with an 18-year-old male passenger when the passenger fell off the ATV around 8:16 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the passenger to an area hospital with a serious but non-life-threatening injury.
Neither the driver nor the passenger on the ATV were wearing helmets during the crash.
Authorities have not charged the driver or passenger in connection with the accident.
