LOUISA COUNTY, IA - Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision at M Ave and IA 78 E on Thursday, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
A 74-year-old woman was driving a 2011 Honda 4D south on M Ave when she ran a stop light and collided with a Ford PK driven by a 14-year-old male around 4:16 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the 74-year-old woman to an area hospital via Med Force Air.
The 14-year-old male was taken to a local hospital by private vehicle.
