LINN COUNTY, IA - Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle collision at US 151 and Springville Rd on Wednesday, according to Linn County Sheriff.

A 43-year-old woman was driving a Red Toyota Sienna minivan north on Springville Rd when she failed to yield and collided with a westbound Honda Fit driven by a 25-year-old female around 3:47 p.m.
Rescue crews extricated the two occupants of the Honda and transported them to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver and passengers of the minivan were not hurt in the collision.
Authorities may charge the minivan driver with failure to yield.
