DAVENPORT, IA - According to KWQC, a man was hurt in a traffic accident on the Centennial Bridge near 100 Gaines St on Monday.
A man's car broke down while on the southbound part of the bridge. Another driver struck the rear of the man's vehicle and it collided with the man around 5 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the man who was hit to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The other driver suffered minor injuries.
