COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - According to KCCI, a driver fatally collided with a male pedestrian near I-80 and S 24th St on Friday.
A 44-year-old woman was driving a 2020 Jeep Wrangler when she hit a 36-year-old man around around 6:45 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.
The Jeep driver was not hurt in the crash.
Officials have not released the names of the driver or victim.
