KNOXVILLE, IA - According to KCCI, a horse carriage crashed into a crowd in the Knoxville city square during the city's Living Windows Christmas event and injured one person Thursday.
A juvenile made a loud noise with a skateboard in the horse's blind spot, spooking the horse and causing them to collide with the crowd around 5:30 p.m.
Crews transported one person to an area hospital following the incident.
Officials have not released the person's name.
