DAVENPORT, IA - According to KWQC, a fire broke out at a house on the 200 block of W 29th St on Tuesday.
A neighbor who saw flames coming from the home called 911 around 6 p.m.
Firefighters attacked the fire through the front door and put out the fire.
Once the fire was extinguished, firefighters searched the home for anyone inside. Nobody was home and no injuries were reported in the incident.
Firefights remained at the scene to search for hidden fires and to remove smoke and gasses from the house.
Most of the damage was limited to the living room area.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
