MUSCATINE COUNTY, IA - The Iowa State Patrol is investigating a deadly wreck that happened at IA 70 and 200th Street on Saturday, according to KWQC.
The driver of a 2015 Ford Explorer was heading north on Hwy 70 when they strayed into oncoming traffic and collided with the driver of a 2011 Chevy Malibu head-on around 6 a.m.
The Malibu driver died in the crash. Crews transported a 4-year-old passenger from the Malibu and the Explorer driver to an area hospital with minor injuries.
