CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - Firefighters were called to the scene of a house fire on the 1600 block of E Ave NW on Saturday, according to KCRG.
The fire started on the first floor of the house around 3 p.m.
Firefighters put out the fire. The house now has smoke, water, and fire damage on the first floor.
Nobody was home when the fire broke out. The house's inhabitants are now displaced.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
