CENTERVILLE, IA - A motorcyclist was hurt when he collided with a semi-truck near 24345 IA 2 on Monday, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
A 53-year-old male motorcyclist was heading west on IA 2 when he struck the right rear of a semi-truck trailer driven by a 60-year-old man around 6:05 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the motorcyclist to Mercy Hospital in Des Moines via Mercy helicopter.
