LINN COUNTY, IA - According to the Linn County Sheriff's Office, officials have released additional details concerning a wreck at IA 13 and County Home Rd on Wednesday.

A 38-year-old woman from Cedar Rapids was driving a white 2011 Chevy Traverse north on IA 13 when she ran a stop sign at County Home Rd and hit an eastbound cement truck driven by a 45-year-old man from Viola around 9:30 a.m.
Rescue crews transported the woman to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cement truck driver was uninjured in the crash.
Authorities cited the woman for failure to stop at the stop sign.
