CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - One person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision on I-380 between Iowa City and Cedar Rapids on August 3, according to KCCI.
A red Jeep with a trailer attempted to move to the left lane to give space for a Highway Helper truck when they collided with a pickup truck. The collision propelled the Jeep into the Highway Helper truck.
Following the crash, a man from the Highway Helper truck ran into the ditch and fell. Rescue crews transported him to an area hospital with minor injuries.
The people in the other vehicles survived the incident. It is unclear if they were hurt in the wreck.
