News: Crews dispatched to fire on N Ripley Street in Davenport

DAVENPORT, IA - According to KWQC, a residential duplex on the 500 block of N Ripley Street caught on fire Tuesday morning.

Three engines, two ladder trucks, and one district chief were dispatched to the home around 4:59 a.m.

The fire was on the first floor of the structure. Smoke was coming from the western part of the property.

Crews had the fire put out within two minutes.

The fire displaced two residents and two dogs. The Red Cross assisted the displaced residents.

Nobody was hurt in the incident.
