ALLAMAKEE COUNTY, IA - A motorcyclist died in a wreck near Great River Rd and Sunny View Dr on Tuesday, according to KCRG.
Edith Slifka, 49, was riding a motorcycle around a curve when she lost control and strayed off the road before crashing into some large rocks in a ditch around 3:40 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Slifka dead at the scene.
The Allamakee County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.
