WASHINGTON, IA - According to KCRG, the Iowa State Patrol is investigating a deadly two-vehicle crash that happened on Hwy 1 south of Washington on Monday.
A 76-year-old woman was driving a car when she strayed into oncoming traffic and slammed into another vehicle around 4:30 p.m.
The 76-year-old woman died in the wreck.
The condition of the other driver is unknown.
