MOUNT PLEASANT, IA - The Henry County Sheriff's Office is investigating a two-vehicle collision that happened on US 34 near mile marker 238 on Thursday, according to KWQC.
A female driver attempted to make a U-turn when she collided with a male driver.
Rescue crews transported the female driver to an area hospital with minor injuries.
The male driver was not hurt in the incident.
