BUENA VISTA COUNTY, IA - The Iowa State Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle collision that happened on US 71 at mile marker 188 on Saturday.
A 19-year-old man was driving a Chevy Tahoe north on US 71 when he strayed into the southbound lanes and collided with a semi-truck operated by a 27-year-old around 5:53 a.m.
Rescue crews transported both drivers to an area hospital.
