MADISON COUNTY, IA - According to We Are Iowa, the Iowa State Patrol is investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision that happened on Upland Ave near 230th St on Sunday.
A 41-year-old man was driving an AM General M35A2 cargo truck south on Upland Ave when he failed to negotiate a curve and rolled over around 7:50 p.m.
The cargo truck driver was not wearing a seatbelt. Rescue crews pronounced him dead at the scene.
